She's already won a Student Academy Award. Now director Daria Kashcheeva's stop-motion animated "Daughter" is nominated for the major Best Animated Short Film Oscar on Feb. 9. "Daughter" will be screened as part of the "2020 Oscar Nominated Short Films: Animation" presentation, opening in select theaters nationwide on Jan. 31.
