Kelly Asbury - Director "Smurfs: The Lost Village"

He was part of the creative team on the original "Beauty and the Beast" and helped revolutionize animation comedy with the "Shrek" series. Now veteran director Kelly Asbury is bringing everyone's favorite little blue creatures back to full animation with "Smurfs: The Lost Village". In this LCJ Q&A Asbury talks about his effort to take this iconic franchise back to its roots, working with the great Julia Roberts and his gig as a guest judge on "Cake Wars" to help promote the film.
